If for any reason there is an issue with your item which cannot be resolved , any refunds will be returned in the form of website credit. For example a £25 refund would be returned to you as a £25 one time use discount code to be used on the Website.

We reserve the right to refuse any custom we so choose for any reason.

Verbal abuse or any kind of abuse WILL NOT be tolerated to any members of our staff.

All our items are custom made by ourselves and therefore a making time whilst we make your custom item will be applied from the time of purchase. Making time does vary depending on how busy we are but please check either the Website or our social media for the most up to date making time information.

Selecting your chosen delivery method will choose how we dispatch and who we dispatch your item AFTER it has been made.

Please follow the washing and care guides given as we cannot replace or refund items if they have been incorrectly washed and therefore damaged.

Do not leave your child unattended with any of our items , some of them do have small potential chocking hazards stitched into them or Glued and although every item is thoroughly inspected sometimes over time things can work loose. 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item or your item has been delivered damaged you have 7 days from delivery to make us aware of any issues as after the 7 days we cannot accept responsibility.
